Construction of Aspect 5 Collection nears the finish line in Hollywood






Aspect 5 Collection, an urban infill project consisting of five four-level luxury homes, is weeks away from completion at the corner of Fountain Avenue and North Gower Street in Hollywood.

These three-bedroom, four-bathroom homes were designed by AUX Architecture, a Los Angeles-based studio led by Brian Wickersham. Deviating from the typical row house style, the residences were rotated ninety degrees to fill the interiors with natural light and create four desirable corner units. The 1,600-square-foot homes boast windows on three sides and open-concept floorplans that are practical for everyday living.

The construction team is putting the finishing touches on the development, connecting utilities, adding landscaping, installing fixtures, and completing the sculptural shell of the elevator core. Work on the interiors will wrap up in the next three to four weeks, allowing prospective buyers to purchase move-in ready homes.





The residences showcase a modern aesthetic, characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows, authentic hardwood flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances, soaring ceilings, large-format ceramic tile, and separate bathtubs and showers in master ensuite bathrooms. Convenient extras include laundry closets, Nest programmable thermostats, and double framed, dual eight-inch walls to reduce sound transmission.





Each unit features a spacious roof patio reached by private stairs, complete with an outdoor kitchen and postcard-worthy views of the Hollywood Sign. With walls on all four sides, these outdoor spaces feel like a secluded fourth floor or a second living room. All residents will share a secure, underground parking garage — two parking spaces are provided per unit — with elevator access to their front door on the first floor.

Although the homes have not yet hit the MLS, they will be listed as “coming soon” by next week. Brian Evans of Real Estate Source will serve as the listing agent. Pricing is expected to start from the low-$1,000,000s.
