Position is full-time calendar year, permanent.
To assist in the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements for faculty, staff, and graduate students; to conduct grievance hearings and prepare decisions; research prepare and present arbitration cases and briefs; conduct disciplinary hearings; train and counsel supervisors on labor relations issues and dispute resolution, including disciplinary actions. Represent the University before administrative agencies, i.e., the Personnel Appeal Board, Human Rights Commission, State Labor Relations Board and Department of Labor and Training.
